Math – Place value, Addition/Subtraction & Comparison

3.2A(R)- compose and decompose numbers to the hundred thousands using objects, pictorial, and numbers. Expanded notation.

3.2B(S)- Relationships in Base 10 Place Value System

3.2D (R) – Compare and order whole numbers up to 100,000 and represent comparisons using symbols <, >, =

3.4A(R)- Solve one and two step addition and subtraction problems within 1,000

Science – Mixtures & Solutions

3.5D – Explore and recognize that a mixture is created when two materials are combined such as gravel and sand and metal and plastic and paper clips

Homework due Thursday.  Study your addition facts.

Mad Minute (addition facts) Thursday and results in planner on Friday.  Our Mad Minute consists of 30 problems and students have one minute to complete as many as possible.  Our goal is to get better each week.
