It is time to start preparing for our 3rd Grade Christmas parties! Our parties take place on December 20th, from 9:00-10:00! We will celebrate these parties with a “Penny Christmas”. Third grade concentrates on the value of sharing memories with each other, not spending lots of money on a gift. With this is mind, students will share very inexpensive gifts with each other. Students are welcome to bring these gifts starting Monday, December 16. Each child will have a bag in their homeroom, made at school. In the past, some items bought for Penny Christmas have been: wrapped candy canes, stickers, erasers, bouncy balls, small bags of chips, unopened, individual bags of hot chocolate, wrapped bags of microwave popcorn, wrapped candy, etc. Each student will need to bring enough items for each student in their homeroom. There are 18 students in your child’s homeroom. We have 9 boys and 9 girls.  PLEASE REMEMBER NO NUT PRODUCTS WILL BE ALLOWED, due to serious allergies.
